Thank you for choosing Royalty Uniform Apparel. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality custom uniforms, apparel, and spirit wear. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, logos, names, numbers, colors, sizes, and spelling before providing final approval.
Once artwork or proofs have been approved and production has begun, changes cannot be made without additional charges and may affect production timelines.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required according to the payment schedule provided on your quote or invoice.
Orders may not enter production until the required payment has been received.
Outstanding balances must be paid before completed orders are released.
Production Times
Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Production begins only after:
- Final artwork approval
- Required payment has been received
- All order details have been confirmed
Royalty Uniform Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, customer revisions, vendor shortages, shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates.
Once an order has been shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Royalty Uniform Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
Because nearly all products sold by Royalty Uniform Apparel are custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on:
- Custom uniforms
- Decorated apparel
- Embroidered products
- Screen printed products
- Personalized items
- Items with names, numbers, logos, or custom artwork
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges in the following situations:
- We shipped the wrong item.
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.
- The item contains an error caused by Royalty Uniform Apparel.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers should email us with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the error is determined to be ours, we will repair, replace, or exchange the affected item at no additional cost.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless the issue involves a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Sizes
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes.
Sizing charts are available upon request.
We cannot exchange or refund custom apparel ordered in the wrong size unless the error was made by Royalty Uniform Apparel.
Color Variations
Actual garment colors, ink colors, thread colors, and printed designs may vary slightly from digital proofs or images viewed on different screens.
These normal manufacturing variations are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or copyrighted material submitted to Royalty Uniform Apparel.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Royalty Uniform Apparel harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted artwork.
Limitation of Liability
Royalty Uniform Apparel's maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item(s).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, tournament expenses, or other business losses.
Privacy
Customer information is used only to process orders, provide customer service, and communicate regarding purchases.
We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
